Mr. Miller is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude.  He was a member of the Duquesne Law Review, represented his fellow students as an SGA Class Senator, chaired the Law School's Philanthropy Committee, and was also active in Duquesne's nationally-recognized Trial Advocacy Program, competing in tournaments in Dallas and in Pittsburgh.  

 

Mr. Miller received his undergraduate degree from The University of Connecticut, where he graduated Cum Laude.  Mr. Miller was a member of UCONN's Men’s Ice Hockey Team, serving as the team Captain during his senior season.

 

Prior to establishing the Law Offices of David J. Miller, LLC, Mr. Miller gained valuable experience working for one of Pittsburgh's top personal injury firms as an Associate Trial Lawyer from 2012 through 2015.

 

He assisted in litigating personal injury claims from inception to conclusion, and all points in between, and was the first-chair attorney in a 2014 Allegheny County Civil Jury Trial.  

 

Mr. Miller enjoys serving an active role in the community.  Each year he serves on the Sponsorship Committee for the Chuckie Mahoney Memorial Golf Classic, and has been active with Family House, serving as the Gifting Gala Co-Chair of the Event Committee in 2013.  He and his wife live in the Point Breeze area of Pittsburgh, where they are raising their two young daughters.
